RETURN POLICY

You can return any product(s) within 15 days of delivery for a full refund.

Carefully package your returned products. Be sure to include:

  • Order number - required
  • Preferred email address
  • Reason for your return (we appreciate feedback)

NOTE: When we receive your product(s), you will receive an email with the refund amount. Although the refund is immediately it will take 5-7 business days to appear on your bank account. Please allow 2-3 business days for us to process after we receive your return.  Shipping is not included in returns.

EXCHANGES

You can exchange any product within 15 days of delivery upon item availability. Shipping is not included in exchanges. We will email you once we receive your product(s).

NOTE: If the exchange is a result of Simplicity's error, we will take full responsibility of all shipping costs. (return label and re-shipped to the customer)

  • In addition to international shipping fees, customer is responsible for brokerage fees, and import fees.

USPS TRACKING SYSTEM SAYS DELIVERED BUT NO PACKAGE

Luckily, there are a few steps you can take to determine the status of your package.

Before contacting the USPS, ask your family members.

Sometimes the postal worker leaves a key in the regular mailbox to open the parcel box, especially if the package does not fit in the mailbox.

A mail deliverer may make a mistake, or a computer may malfunction and mark a package as delivered prematurely.

Take the time to look around your home. Check around the front door to see if the postal worker placed it behind or underneath a bench, garage or another decoration.

With porch pirates on the rise, postal workers are doing their best to keep packages hidden.

Sometimes the USPS will accidentally give your package to your neighbor instead of you.

After 24 hours, if your package still hasn’t arrived despite it saying, “Delivered,” then you’ll definitely want to speak with a USPS representative.

HOW IS THE PROCESS ONCE YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER:

We usually restock on Fridays at 5:00 pm. Pacific Time.

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email regarding your order. This is the reason it is important to provide an email address because it is our main way to contact you.

Next, we need to wait 48 hours so the funds are cleared out. (Saturday and Sunday)

Monday morning, we start the shipping process. You will receive a tracking number at the email address you provide at the time of purchase. (make sure you review your emails).

Due to the high volume of orders, it usually takes 4-5 days to send ALL tracking numbers.

Once you receive your tracking number, you need to wait 24 hours before checking for USPS updates.

We ship our products using USPS priority mail. If it is shipped within the US, then, you should receive your product  3-7 business days after you receive your tracking number. International takes 2-4 weeks.

We are located in Fontana CA, for obvious reasons, local orders will arrive sooner that orders from other parts of US that are farthest.

Friday after the restock. If by this day you haven't receive a tracking number you need to contact us at simplicityy342@gmail.com. Don't forget to provide your order number.

 

NOTE: Sometimes  the system creates ALERTS on your order and we need to clarify information before shipping your product(s). You will receive an email to inform you about the alert.

The most common reason of why the system generate alerts are:

Shipping address does not match the billing address.

Multiple orders using the same shipping address but different billing addresses.

Using another person’s credit card to make a purchase and information does not match the system.

WHAT TO DO IF YOUR ORDER HAS AN ALERT:

You will need to contact us using your order number and provide the information requested. For example:

*If you used somebody else's credit card to place you order and information does not match the system, then you will need to provide the name and the phone number of the card's owner and clarify if the person knows about the transaction. Once we receive the clarification, you will receive your tracking number.

*If the system shows an alert because there is an error on your address, then you will need to contact us using the order number and provide the correct shipping address. Once you clarify the address you will receive the tracking number. 

***If we don't receive clarification within 10 business days after sending you an email, your order will be canceled and the money will be refunded back to the card you paid with.
